Career Support Policy

What our career support includes: CV referrals, CV shortlisting guidance, interview preparation and recruiter connects, who is eligible and its limits.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

01 Overview

Programmatic Ads offers career support to help learners prepare for roles in programmatic advertising, media buying and DV360. This policy explains what our career support includes, who is eligible and what it does not cover.

Career support is provided on a best-effort basis. It is designed to improve your preparation and opportunities, but it does not guarantee a job, interview or salary.

02 What career support includes

Depending on your course, progress and the opportunities available at the time, career support can include:

  • CV and profile review: guidance to present your programmatic and media-buying skills clearly on your CV and LinkedIn profile
  • CV shortlisting guidance: help to tailor your CV for specific roles such as Programmatic Executive, Programmatic Analyst, Trader, Media Buyer, Ad Operations or DV360 Specialist
  • CV referrals: sharing suitable CVs with HR teams, recruiters or hiring managers we are in contact with, where a relevant opening exists
  • Interview preparation: guidance on common interview questions, practical scenarios, campaign case discussions and how to explain your project work
  • Recruiter and HR connects: introductions to recruiters or HR contacts at different companies and agencies, where available

03 Who is eligible

Career support is available to enrolled learners who:

  • Complete the course modules and practical assignments within the expected timeline
  • Attend sessions and participate actively, as required for their batch
  • Share an updated CV and keep their details accurate
  • Follow our Terms & Conditions and maintain professional conduct with our team, recruiters and employers

The exact support available, and the period for which it is offered, is confirmed at the time of enrolment.

04 Your responsibilities

To get the most from career support, we expect learners to:

  • Apply to relevant roles actively and not rely only on referrals
  • Attend scheduled interviews on time or inform us in advance if they cannot attend
  • Represent their skills, experience and qualifications honestly
  • Respond to recruiters and our team professionally and within a reasonable time

Repeatedly missing interviews or misrepresenting information may lead us to pause career support.

05 What career support does not include

  • A guaranteed job, interview, placement or specific salary
  • A guarantee that any company will shortlist or hire a learner
  • Payment for third-party certifications, tools or platform access
  • Negotiating employment terms on your behalf

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers based on their own requirements.

06 Companies and alumni information

Company names and logos shown on our website identify organisations where our learners have worked. They do not represent a formal partnership or a commitment from those companies to hire our learners. Please see our Disclaimer for more information.
